NOTE:
1. Top-up application fee is used for upgrading the star level of EDUPRCHINA agent, and it also can be used as students' application fee.
2. The application fee for all programs (excluding CSC scholarships) is 500RMB/1 person/1 school. For each additional school application of the same student, the application fee increases by 300 RMB. No matter how many schools applicants applied at the same time, there is only one extra chance application provided when the first failure of application out. Application fee is non refundable and cannot be used for any other students.
