Registration fee or deposit fee is required by most Chinese Universities, you can pay it to university account directly or pay it through Eduprchina. If you pay it by yourself, I will give you school account details. If you want to pay it through EduprChina, you need to add some transaction fee because of tax and bank transfer fee. 

When you transfer their school /registration/application/ deposit fees to the university account, please leave a message with students’ name on it, so that school can know who paid the money. Also, please send me the transfer photo, i need to keep them on file
